How do I withdraw to the card?
Withdrawal is one of the most interesting topics for traders. We decided to talk about withdrawals to the bank cards as they cause a lot of questions and are slightly more complicated in their essence than e-wallet withdrawals.
How can you withdraw your funds in the first place:
It is important that you withdraw to the same bank card or e-wallet, you have used to make a deposit, otherwise, the system will cancel the request, the amount must not be larger than the deposit made from that card (no amount limits for the e-wallets though). These are the security measures we take.
So it is quite clear with the e-wallets, if you have deposited from Skrill, then you just withdraw back to it.
In terms of the bank cards: we have recently implemented instant bank card withdrawal processing, so you do not have to wait for the 3 working days for your withdrawal application to be processed.
Yet, IMPORTANT: once the application is approved, it will take your bank up to 9 working days to actually credit the funds to your account, so do not get alerted when you see the “Complete” status and still no funds on your card.
Example 1:
Within the last 90 days you have deposited from your card $200 USD, you now have $250 on your balance. To withdraw it all you need to apply for two withdrawals: $200 to your bank card and $50 to your e-wallet (Skrill, Fasapay, Neteller etc) or use the wire transfer. Please be aware of the $50 fee, which banks take for the wire transfer, so this type of withdrawal is not the best one unless you withdraw more than $1000.
Example 2:
You have deposited $200 100 days ago, it means you now need to withdraw to the e-wallets, the card withdrawal is no more available because we only count 90 days from your last card deposit.
Example 3:
You have deposited from your bank card $200 and $100 from your e- wallet. You need to withdraw $200 to the bank card and then you will be able to withdraw to the e-wallet. Withdrawal to the bank card is prioritized (goes always first).
